Nottingham Area NUM threatened expulsion from NUM
Following the Nottingham Area NUM repealing Rule 30 in its Area rule book in December 1984, arrangements were made for the expulsion of it from the National NUM in January 1985. The planned Special Delegates Conference was planned and postponed and eventually no action was taken by the National Union.
